Online ordering is available in participating service areas across Canada. Product availability, local dealer coverage, pickup and delivery options vary by postal code. Your selected local dealer confirms inventory and the available fulfillment method for your order.
When the items are in stock at your selected dealer, pickup is usually ready the same day or the next day after you order. Delivery timing, delivery charges and any site requirements are confirmed after the order is placed. Home delivery, inside delivery, unloading, installation and other on-site services are included only when they are expressly listed in the order documents or separately agreed with the local dealer.
Two ways to receive your order
Once your selected dealer confirms your order, you can either pick up at that dealer’s location or have the dealer arrange delivery. Bring your order confirmation when you arrive, along with any identification your dealer requests.

Why delivery is quoted and billed separately
Checkout shows the product price. Delivery is arranged and billed by your dealer. Your dealer, not VanStro, is the one coordinating the actual delivery — scheduling a truck, planning the route to your address, and handling site access. The fee reflects that dealer’s own service and local conditions. Delivery is not included in the product total at checkout.
What your dealer will need to quote delivery
When you contact your dealer about delivery, be ready to share your delivery address, whether there are stairs or narrow entry points, and whether you need help carrying items inside versus a curbside drop-off. These details affect both the delivery fee and the timing your dealer can offer. Give these details with the first request.
Your dealer will confirm stock and whether pickup or delivery is available at your address.
Inspecting your order
When you receive your order, check the quantity and look for incorrect items or visible damage. Note visible issues on the delivery record where possible and contact your local dealer promptly. Signing for receipt does not prevent you from reporting concealed damage that could not reasonably be found during the initial inspection.
