• Service providers retained to perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, shipping and logistics, IT hosting, design software, customer relationship management, recruitment administration and applicant assessment, under contractual obligations of confidentiality and data protection.
• With your consent or where otherwise permitted by law, the local dealer selected for your order, to the extent reasonably necessary to arrange fulfillment, pickup, delivery, returns or post-sale assistance.
• If you separately request installation or another dealer service, an installer or other service provider when the disclosure is necessary for the service you requested or is otherwise permitted by law.
• Government authorities, regulators, or law enforcement, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
• Successors in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.

• Access: request confirmation that we hold personal information about you, obtain access to it and, where required, receive information about its use and disclosure.
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal personal information.
• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice; withdrawal may affect our ability to provide a requested product, service or opportunity.
• De-indexation or cessation of dissemination: where Québec law applies and its statutory conditions are met, request that dissemination of personal information cease or that a hyperlink providing access to it be de-indexed or re-indexed.
• Deletion: ask us to delete personal information. This is not an absolute right; we may decline or limit the request where retention or processing remains permitted or required by law, including for legal, contractual, security, recordkeeping or dispute-management purposes.
• Portability: where Québec law applies, request computerized personal information collected from you in a structured, commonly used technological format. • Automated decisions: if a decision based exclusively on automated processing is made about you, receive notice and, on request, information required by applicable Québec law, submit observations and request review by a person able to review the decision.
• Complaint: file a complaint with our Privacy Officer. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the applicable provincial regulator. In Québec, the regulator is the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (CAI).
