Is 12" a standard wall cabinet width?
Yes. VanStro wall cabinets are 12" deep and come in 9" to 36" widths in 3-inch steps, plus a 39" unit. W1230 is 12" wide, 30" high and 12" deep.VanStro product specifications
How high will the top of W1230 be?
A common layout puts wall cabinets 18" above a 1½" countertop on 34½" base cabinets, so the bottom sits at 54" from the floor. W1230 is 30" high, so its top is at 84", the same height as a VanStro tall cabinet of that size. Check your ceiling height first.VanStro product specifications
